Communication Development Training

We currently offer the following communication development training modules.

1. Influence for Effect: Extend Influence experts understand through a conscious process, one will achieve maximum performance.  Influence for Effect (I4E) seminar, is designed to help map the conscious process by which one can achieve maximum performance from thoughts to outcomes.  I4E involves transferring new knowledge, skills, behaviors and attitudes to perform specific roles in the workplace and in the marketplace.  Participants will improve overall confidence, focus and ability to provide sound reasoning through communication.
2. I’m Just Saying: Extend Influence experts understand communication occurs with body language.  Interpreting body language is sometimes undermined in negotiations and communications.  I’m Just Saying (IJS) seminar is designed to help decode body language in the communication process to achieve maximum performance.  Participant’s will have a clear understanding of nonverbal communications, spot hidden agenda’s in conversation and improve interpersonal skills, resulting in greater influence with interactions.
3. Your Blind Spot: Extend Influence experts understand businesses communicate and compete in a global market.  Understanding diversity in it’s practical application is important to the success of any organization.  Your Blind Spot (YBS) seminar is designed for advanced cross cultural application.  Participants understanding unfamiliar styles and cultures can improve overall communication, development and quality of teaming.  YBS involves transferring new knowledge, skills, behaviors and attitudes to perform specific roles in the workplace.  Participants will improve their understanding of other cultures and cues.
4. Connect Proper Exchange: Extend Influence experts understand customer conversation is key to now and future business.  Connect Proper Exchange (CPE) seminar is designed to improve 101 customer conversation with market acceptable dialogue.  CPE seminar involves transferring new knowledge, skills, behaviors and attitudes to perform specific roles in the marketplace.  Participant’s will develop clear and concise conversation flow, improve    active listening skills, understand objection handling, and increase confidence and passion for communicating.
5. Echo’s of Persuasion: Extend Influence experts understand communication skills are paramount to the success of any individual or organization.  Echo’s of Persuasion (EoP) seminar, is designed to improve overall presentation skills.  Participants will identify clear objectives while identifying various communication components.  EoP involves transferring new knowledge, skills, behaviors and attitudes to perform specific roles in the workplace and in the marketplace.  Participants will improve overall confidence in communicating, improve ability to provide sound reasoning and develop a clear understanding of presenting a solid message.
6. Linking Teams in Position: Extend Influence experts understand that building winning teams is one of the key components to success in the marketplace.  Linking Teams in Position (LTiP) seminar, is designed to improve outcomes, and attitudes.  LTiP involves transferring new knowledge, skills, behaviors and attitudes to perform specific roles in the workplace and in the marketplace.  Participants will consider the environment as their team player, identify individual skills and learn to develop clear reasonable goals as a team.  Participants will develop an “I Can” mindset while increasing team confidence.
7. WOW: Extend Influence experts understand everyone needs to plan their careers.  WOW (Watch out World) seminar is designed to assist individuals in planning their careers with a systematic approach.  WOW involves identifying overall purpose, chartering alternatives, positioning statements, and effective resume writing.  Participants will benefit by improving focus, clarifying objectives, and identifying options for continued confidence.  In addition, WOW will provide participants with the tools needed for market readiness.
