Follow the Leader: Extend Influence experts understand the importance of the customers agenda.  Follow the Leader (FtL) seminar is designed to improve customer satisfaction by understanding your customer’s agenda.  Participant’s will identify clear objectives, identify circumstantial components and identify hinderances.  Participant’s will improve their ability to influence customers, improve interpersonal skills, and increase solution results.  FtL seminar involves transferring new knowledge, skills, behaviors and attitudes to perform specific roles in the marketplace.

Let’s Talk Straight: Extend Influence experts understands everyone wants to win.  Let’s Talk Straight (LTS) seminar is designed to improve wins by contracting a yes.  Participant’s will identify methodology factors, recognize problems, and know when to give and take from a potential client.  The seminar develops a clear understanding to why people negotiate, creates a framework to develop problem solving, and improves interpersonal skills.  In addition, LTS seminar involves transferring new knowledge, skills, behaviors and attitudes to perform specific roles in the marketplace.
